We are new customers to Brother’s and have found them to be very prompt and affordable. We saw their name on a lawn sign in our neighborhood. The neighbor’s grass was amazing looking! We feel certain we are going to have a great looking lawn in time! Thanks Brother’s!!

Had our first yard treatment done to kill weeds, get rid of bugs, and get the grass healthy again. They were by far the most thorough company we’ve ever used, starting with the initial quote. The other quotes I got just had basic info, but the quote Chris gave me was detailed and he even called me to go over it, in case I had any questions, which was great because I actually did have some. He got me scheduled for the very next day for the first treatment. I had also asked about sprinkler service and less than 5 minutes later, he texted me and said he had set an appt for me with his sprinkler team. We’ve tried a couple different services in the past for the lawn, but none have been as thorough with putting the products down and cleaning up afterward (they even used a blower to get any stray granules into the grass and off the sidewalk/pavers!). Another pleasant surprise was when I saw the invoice, they actually put the chemicals used on there, so there’s no guessing. You could literally look up the chemicals for safety info if you want. So far I’ve been very impressed and I am very hopeful that this will be the just the ticket our yard needs to get back into tip top shape!

Guys do a great job. Took care of a recurring bug issue I had with Terminix. Great communication! Always on time. Get reminder texts when they are coming out. Highly recommend.

I had originally hired Brothers Pest Control to treat our lawn because of how amazing our neighbor’s lawn looked. After just one application we could already tell a difference. The weeds had drastically decreased and the color was much greener. They take the time to discuss our lawn with us and describe their course of action. The time and consideration they spend when they are doing the application is like nothing I have ever seen (and we’ve had a few companies over the years). I watched them take a decent amount of time and care to go over the entire yard and make sure they specifically treated all areas. There was no rushing. They are extremely nice and professional and I have never been happier with a lawn company.

I called on Wednesday and was told the technician would be at my home on Friday. On Friday morning I called and was told he would be at my home after he took care of two other homes on my block…they had simple repairs, and my repair involved a tree root breaking the line. The tech arrived a little after 2 PM….I showed him where the water had been coming up. He diagnosed and repaired the line in approximately one hour. He also checked my whole system to see if there were any other issues. Lucky for me there were no others. Tyler was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. The woman in the office was very thorough and kept me updated on when Tyler would arrive. A very satisfying experience.

Chris is the best customer service person! Honest, professional and knowledgeable. He responds quickly and always comes and assess our concerns, always with a smile!

The Brothers team is top notch. Very friendly and they spend a lot of time making sure they address all pest and landscaping issues they can resolve. They are also super responsive when I need extra service like a last minute mosquito service. Thanks Brothers!

Engaged Brothers Pest after purchasing a new home that I saw cockroaches and wasps in/around. They came out and sprayed for me, the young lady who did the service was extremely friendly and nice and gave me some really good insight on preventative measures. Been living in for about 3 months and still haven’t seen any of the issues I had before their service.
P.S: The staff is very very nice, Sheryl in the office is a pleasure to deal with, and same with the owner Chad!
