Chris was super helpful and patient answering all of my lawn care questions! From mowing to leveling to watering schedules and new sod questions, I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me. Being new to Florida my partner and I were not well versed in this type of lawn care and after speaking to Chris I started to feel like it started to click. Looking forward to seeing the lawn come back to life over the next few weeks after our first treatment.

I contacted Brother pest control over the weekend, as soon as the next buisness day rolled around the office staffed called and booked a appointment immediately with Chris Schmidt the same day! Chris was very knowledgeable and educated me on what I needed to know about my newley installed sod, he even adjusted my sprinklers without me even asking. He conversed with me prior to beginning his work in order to find out if we had any problem areas that he needed to address. Had my first service with Chad and Josh. They were very professional and informative. My yard which was just sodded was having some serious issues with Fungus. While this is the first treatment I will update my review after how well my lawn responds. But as far as service they are top notch.
